A30T Mixed Colour

Hi,
I really like the effect of mixing black and blue 50/50 but when I do different sides of the object I print come out with more or less ratio of the colours.
See this combination lock box I designed. You will notice that three sides are predominantly black and one is mainly blue:

Any ideas what is happening any how I can get a more even mix?
