Thoughts on the Geeetech a30?

First off, I wanted to like this printer, for it's size/price mainly. That's why when I had problems with my first one I exchanged it and bought another. The second one has given me issues but overall seems to have not been thought out well.
1. The print bed will shift slightly to the left and right. The bed comes already put together and there seems to be nothing to tighten to fix this issue.
