Are you ever going to implement autotune for PID on the A30?

Geeetech this is becoming a joke now, we are not able to use the printers when issues like this happen. PID tuning is very important feature and you have not implemented this in your firmware. Are you at all concerned about supporting your customers or are you suggesting people that we should throw our printers in the trash? I have tried to live with many of the outstanding issues with your firmware but this is getting annoying now. I think you should look after the customer needs otherwise you will start loosing customers if you haven't already.
