Geeetech Warranty Procedure, purchase from another distributor

Post by _kaktus_ » Sat May 12, 2018 1:52 pm

It happened that I had to experience how the Geeetech warranty service works.

I will tell you that there are super people working there who want to help the customer efficiently solve his problems.
This is about Jocelin. She is a great competent person.

Because I didn't buy my printer directly from the Geeetech store, I found out that there are different rules in use.

I am going to quote them here so that everyone knows what to do. So that his case is completed quickly and effectively.

[quote]
As company rules, we can not offer replacement to client who do not buy printer from Geeetech.
As you know everything work under rules,
Working procedure for client not buy from us :
1 client ask help from the resellers and tell your request to the resellers.
2 We will evaluate and feedback to resellers
3 we send replacement to resellers or to final client.
Above working procedure is to ensure to provide a fair and more efficient warranty to client and ensure the interests of client. I know this may be complicated to client but this is good for both part.

In addition, Geeetech offers free replacement and a 1 year warranty for the customer who buys the printer directly from them.
I think the same applies to buying Geeetech products elsewhere.

Thank you for that.

I purchased my A10M from Banggoood, and also the 3Dtouch sensor for bed levelling. The printer is great, but I think the sensor I received is defective.

I have sent two messages to Banggood reporting the issues, and asking them what I should do, but have had no feedback or response from them at all, for over 10 days now. I don't even know if they have read or received the messages.

The sensor appears to stop working once the Hot End comes up to temperature, and then causes crashed into the build plate. (the Z endstop seems to be ignored).

Since I am getting no response from Banggood, even though I am a VIP4 level customer, how do I move forward from here? Can I raise this issue directly with Geeetech?

Please help, and TIA

A3an
