Yes of course. Just remove the plug and the switch from the frame and put it into the positions on the new cover. For the left screw you have to drill a new hole into the frame.
For the right screw, it depends if You have a Pro B (180W) or a Pro C (250W) PSU.
For the 180W PSU the right screw hole of the power plug can be used for the right screw of the cover.
For the 250W PSU you have to drill a new screw hole for the right screw, too.
One additional screw has to be put through the right side of the PSU.
That's all, very simple. And no 230V part I visible anymore!
