3D Touch help needed
3D Touch help needed
I have a Geeetech I3 Pro B, and as an upgrade i wanted to install a 3D Touch sensor. And so i've done, and it is working pretty good it seems. BUT i noticed that the needle of the 3D Touch sensor is not retracted while printing, resulting in the needle being the same height as the nozzle. This then causes the needle to sometimes hit the print, which is not optimal ofcourse. Can i somehow make the needle retract before the print starts?
Re: 3D Touch help needed
Hi, If you are referring to the fact that the pointer does not retract,
you can try to adjust the screw on the 3d touch, which may be too tight.
I hope this can help you.

Re: 3D Touch help needed
it is far to common for the magnet on the probe to not be properly calibrated resulting in the pin dropping when it should not.
