3d touch wont deploy pin and slams into the bed

Hello, i'm having some problems with my 3d touch sensor, it will do the startup test ok, but when i try to home it wont deploy the pin and just keeps going down into the bed. And nothing happens when i send the m280 p0 g10 command either.
I have tried a few different firmwares but always the same problem.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

No one has any idea what the problem could be? have been at a standstill now for almost a week because i dont know what more to try..

Hi,according to your video,I think you need to adjust the screw of the sensor to the critical point.Check here for more details:

Thanks for answer, i have tried that before and i tried it again now and no luck, still starts up fine and then does nothing when i try to lever the bed.

I don't see the probe light go out like it does on mine when it starts to lower. Whenever mine stays red it goes up instead of down when it gets to the middle of the bed.
Maybe your G-code should have M280 P0 S10 before G28 to activate the probe...

Verify that the two-wire pair (black and white wires) are connected to the proper Z-stop pins - polarity matters. I initially had mine reversed and the stop didn't work.

I have the same problem I had it working on Marlin V1.0.2 but lots of bugs i had problems with the Z offset.
Now i have Marlin V1.1.9 and it looks oke but at probing its not comming out and i reset the printer.
These codes all work and the selftest om printer works fine to.
M280 P0 S10 ; pushes the pin down
M280 P0 S90 ; pulls the pin up
M280 P0 S120 ; Self test – keeps going until you do pin up/down or release alarm
M280 P0 S160 ; Release alarm
So there is a little thing but i dont see it wrong PIN number i dont no but i dont give up there must be a way to fix it..
