G2s Pro Mini Calibration issues

Hi,
I recently got the G2s Pro for Christmas.
Assembly was fun and fast, but calibration is driving me insane:

When adjusting X and Z Tower (with endstops) everything is ok. The rear nozzle touches the Plate and the front nozzle is ~1mm above (intended for testing).
But on Y Tower, the front nozzle touches the bed about 0.5mm lower than the rear.

I eliminated every play using printed shims, but I can't find a solution for this problem. It seems as if at tower Y the Spider is tilted.

Bed height is fix at 3 points. Rods are simmiliar length (as far as I can meassure, my caliper is only 150mm long)
Rods are 198mm, not 196 as in the firmware.
Delta Carriage Offset is set to 34 (According to my caliper)
More Infos:
Auto-Leveling is disabled as the Alan Key always "hung" during measurement.
Glas-plate above Heatbed

Thanks and a Happy new Year

Alex

Maybe the two nozzles are not staying at the same height?

Hi,
Both nozzles are fixed and tight.
on X (X-43,3Y-2) and Z (X0 Y63)it is correct.
On Y (X43,3,Y-2) the front nozzle is always touching the plate.
I think either the rods/rod bearings/spider is strange..

Your diagonal Rods don't have the correct length.
Measure them from the middle of the screws.
If the rods have different lenghts, you have to adjust them by screw the head of the rod.
A half turn will increase or decrease the length about 0,5mm.
After every rod has the same length, you have to adjust the firmware and reupload it to your printer.
