Objects with ripple/groove

Hi guys, i have a little quality problem. Can everbody tell me which problem I have? I want better walls with no ripple.

Its a prusa i3 pro c. 0.1mm Layer 15mm speed. 195 C PLA with 55C bed.

The problem does come from the Z axis. Try aligning it better, or try a Z-Axis fix, you'll find them on thingiverse.
