Printing from PC or SD card

Printing from PC or SD card

Why when printing from PC is breaking all the time like pausing for split of second and when printing from SD card it prints smoothly?
What can be wrong? I have I3 Pro C printer

Maybe there's a bad contact, how about trying another USb cable, or another USB port
