First print with Delta Rostock dual extruder

Post by D_NOT_U » Thu Feb 11, 2016 9:02 am

Hello everybody, I have just finished upgrading my Rostock and I was able to make it print way better than with the original printed plastic parts I bought it with few months ago. There is a problem with my different material being out of range or printing in slightly different positions. I guess their upset is not 13 and -14 as instructed by geeetech. I'll be trouble shooting that in the future. I have very little time with full time work and college. Anyways, here is a time lapse video of the print. I used green PLA and Wood filament PLA at about 200 f to prevent a lot of leaking from the students. I printed at 0.2 layer night and at about 40% or 30% speed. I will also upload some pictures of some semi successful prints I got out of my original plastic parts Rostock after I received my extruders replacement when they burn lol. It's been a struggle guys, but I'm pretty close to making it work. Please check this post later if you care to see the difference between prints with the plastic original parts and when you have an all metal upgraded version. Good luck and feel free to ask anything, I'll see if I can help.

I absolutely agree with you. This is really very important. This speaks of the process and development of printing technology. It seems to me that this technology will be very cool to use in education. I am currently studying at the university and am interested in 3D printing issues and other related topics. I am having difficulty writing a study and formatting an MHRA citation. I decided to contact the service https://uk.edubirdie.com/mhra-citation-generator/ which helps with the design and generation of the correct MHRA citations. This citation style is somewhat similar to the Chicago citation format, which is more commonly used in academic literature. The key features of this style are the use of superscript numbers and footnotes. It turned out to be difficult for me to arrange everything correctly. That is why I asked for help.
