Replacement Parts

I have tried contacting support to find information on replacement parts but am getting no answer. I have a broken extruder carriage for my duplicator 5 and need to order a replacement. Does anybody know a better way to order replacement parts if something breaks for this printer?

Hi, You can contact your sales. If you are buying through an agent, you need to contact yourself. If you buy it here, you can provide your order number and email address. I hope this can help you.

You can contact sales at first.Then they can check to your order number.
1. Check the printer purchased from which platform.
2.Then contact the related sales.
At last,you will get the replacement parts
As company rules, we can not offer replacement to client who do not buy printer from Geeetech.
As you know everything work under rules,
Working procedure for client not buy from us :
1 client ask help from the resellers and tell your request to the resellers.
2 We will evaluate and feedback to resellers
3 we send replacement to resellers or to final client.
Above working procedure is to ensure to provide a fair and more efficient warranty to client and ensure the interests of client. I know this may be complicated to client but this is good for both part.

I have attempted the two contact paths provided in the contacts, both pre-order inquiry and after-sales service and have provided my order number while doing so. I tried to use the skype username provided in the contact section as well but that doesn't seem valid anymore so not really sure how to get support to respond. Those are the things I alluded to in my orginal post about attempting to contact support with no response.

Are there any other methods to use to get responses from their support? These paths seem to be dead ends and no others are outlined on their website.

Not sure how this applies to me since I bought this from the website. My contact is Geeetech support and if they don't respond...
