Can you use a
blow torch to clean a nozzle after removing the nozzle from the printer? Many people told me that it usually does more harm than good.
Please shed some light on this?

I think you can buy a few spare nozzles.
In general, brass nozzles are not expensive and direct replacement ： saves time but also reduces the hassle of cleaning.
