Rostock 301 problem of alignment displacements XY

Post by elarm » Thu Apr 06, 2017 9:30 pm

I can't align the movement of the nozzle in the plane XY.
Geometry (mechanics) of the printer I configured with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
However, the printer interface allows you to record only integer values.

To adjust concave-convex lens, it is not possible fine. When fine-tuning found that
when moving on the X and Y axes parallel to the table did not adjust, because the movement is a sine curve. The midpoint is obtained at coordinate X0,Y0.
The movement of the nozzle after fine tuning. A horizontal move from point A to point B was a sinusoid. The available adjustments don't allow this to align.
this calculator: http://escher3d.com/pages/wizards/wizarddelta.php
for your printer not to apply.
It is not clear where to enter amendments:
-- endstop corrections:
-- tower position angle corrections:

The figure shows the trajectory of the offset. The nozzle is then raised along the Z axis, is lowered.
