The power supply that came with the printer was having problems and the seller sent me another one! Since the first power supply was failing, I could not test all the components.
Now with the new source, I did the printer test procedures and apparently the 1 of the Z axis stepper motor is not working.
During the tests the x-axis motor was reversed. So I reinstalled the firmware and it runned just fine.
But one of the Z-axis motors does not rotate. The other engine turns perfectly but locks up and starts to make a lot of noise due to the inclination of the x-axis and the high load on it.
I would like to know if the stepper motor is defective or if there is something I can do to fix it.

Actually,you can remove the rods on the 2 motors to test the motors.

Z Stepper motor is replaceable now at Geeetech services centers. I would like to highlight that people are getting replace this motor each year myperfectresume reviews and they actually fine work for the same on the same reason on it about the same.
