First you'd better check if you have the right wiring(especially the orange controlling cable,which should be plugged to the "SIG" pin of Z_Max connector) for your 3D touch:
Then check if you have the codes correctly modified(did you modify it or?),refer to the following two posts to make some troubleshooting:

If all the above still can't fix the issue,you can attach some pictures about your wiring and the codes modified
