Hi William.

Could you please tell me if is someone in Spain who could help me with the printer. I´m still trying to calibrate the printer an trying to print things like the PSU case. It´s absolutely impossible print pieces bigger than 5 or 6 cm diameter. The printer loose head position and the pulleys start the "CRACKS" that you saw in the videos.

Please I need help.

Hi,after watching your last video again and again,I think it's the assembling problem.Have you checked the assembling of the motor's pulleys and checked if the belts are too loosen?

Hi William.

I have checked many times the alignment of the motors and the pulleys. Mysteriously, the belts and pulleys cracks much more when the belt it´s tight. However I will check and try again. I´ll report you as soon as I have tried.

Hi William.

I have unmount an mount again the whole printer checking all alignments measures etc. I have been extremely careful in mounting. The printer seems to work a little smooth but the "cracks" are still there. May be I have won about 1 cm in diameter, being able to print pieces of 8 cm long in X or Y axis.

Thank you for your help.
