Hello
Those are the videos
1- Autoleveling. Ear the "cracks" of the pulleys
2 Triying to print PSU case from thingiverse

Thank You.

I am sorry but I have tried to upload the videos on AVI, MPEG, M4V, MOV formats and always get the message "The extension XXX is not allowed

Hi,after watching your videos,I have some tips for you. :)
First of all, you can check whether the XYZ axis can move up and down smoothly, because I found that the z-axis may be stuck based on your video and you can use the lubricants(WD 40) to make it smoother when necessary.
Besides,Please check the A4988 voltage of each axises on your motherboard, you can increase the resistance of the potentiometer to increase the motor drive, as shown in the picture:Image;Image.
Thridly,It will be better if you can re-leveling your printer according to the following video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCa_Bvx ... o1VV2ioejQ.
After the above measures if it still don't work ,there maybe some problems in your firmware. Please reinstall it and you can download the lastest one in this post:viewtopic.php?f=20&t=17046.Please take a check.
Finally, please feel freely to tell me your latest situation If you still can not solve it.

Thank You very much.

I am using lithium grease to on the rails and bearing. It goes super smooth.
I will measure the voltage and adjust it this weekend.

I have adjust the voltage of the drivers to 1 volt and I have noticed a little improve but the cracks of the pulleys still are there. I'm sending a new video trying to print PSU case.
At least now I can print little pieces without problems but the quality is quite poor. See the attached photo.
