Post by shiva » Tue Jul 21, 2015 3:00 pm

Hi
1. My print not sticking on heat bed.please let me know what is the gape between extruder nozzle
and heat bed ? where i set the gape ?
2. How to find Nozzle Diameter?
3. I put heat bed and Boro silicate glass together clip with 4 corner. But when the extruder come to
home axis, it removes clip and it get struck on clip and make large noise. Then if i remove clip it
will continue. So please let me know How to attach heat bed and Borosilicate glass?

Thanks

My printer is Geeetech Dual Extruder Prusa i3 Kit
Extruder hit Dovetail clamp and it gets struck on that.

Please send me stl file " Floating magnetic ring" which is in your Geeetech Dual Extruder Prusa i3 Kit Video add.

the best distance is an A4 paper,if you could take the paper back and forth, and there is a little obstruction,it's the best diatance.
regarding to the nozzle diameter, could you tell me your nozzle type .or you could find the information on our website.
regarding to the clips of 4 corner, maybe the axis could not could not hit endstops.please check the wire connection to endstops.it does'n matter with clips.
