Prusa I3A please help

I bought the Prusa I3A and I have some problems. (Ramps1.4 + MEGA2560 + A4988 + LCD2004)
Firmware is loaded by default? If not, could you send the correct configured marlin please?

issue:
The engines do not respond or poorly. Manual control with repetier host is after 1 to 2 mm reporting printend stop. When I start a print engines works, but doing something completely different than the print and they go outside the bed aswel and the Z axis dont move.
