Post by gpau » Tue Dec 13, 2016 5:36 am

Hello,

I have a problem with the X axis, when I press car home, the axis moves to the left without stopping the engine continues to run, the safety lock does not work.
I also have this problem I do not know how to solve
first layer height can't be greater than nozzle diameter

Thank you

Hi,
Did you have the X endstop correctly connected(X_min slot on the board)?
You can push down the X endstop after you "Auto Home" to check if it is working fine.
Or you can swap X endstop with the one on other axes to check if it was broken.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!

Hi,
it seems strange that all three endstop are broken.
If the endstop works that setting should I do?
I have to change the firmware or do I have to touch anything else?

Probably not...You can check if you have endstops correctly connected(X-1,Y-3,Z-5),have a look at the following picture:
