G2/2S diagonal rod sliding on the bearing holder?!

Sometimes due to the poor quality of the rod-end bearing holder on the Delta Rostock G2/2S, the diagonal rod can not stay put on the holder and sliding back and forth on it, you can try to print a lock ring and secure it as follows:

After doing this the positioning will be much more accurate!

had a similar thought.. thank you for sharing this design.. as soon as i get it up and running i will add those printed rings.

you have solved the problem whit washer?
who is possible to buy the aluminum bushing? how much?

Hello mark,
I want to make some washers before assembling my Delta Rostock Mini, but the 3D printing shop ask me some dimensions: the height, the outer diameter, etc..
Can you please give some dimensions of the washer?
