Print I'm having some issues

Post by GeorgeMendes » Wed Jul 31, 2019 6:24 pm

I'm having some issues with a helmet model im trying to print. I modeled it myself in blender and exported it as a stl, the issue could be my own fault as I am new to modeling. Im having an issue with my creality cr-10 just...skipping over the bottom half of the helmet. I've tried different orientations, sizes, infill percentages, supports. Ive messed with just about every setting i can think of and nothing seems to work. Like it loads up perfectly in cura, its not like the model is missing half of itself there, but whenever i send it over to the printernis just doesnt want to touch that bottom half. I'll link some images Of the model and my prints so you guys can see what im talking about. I could use some help on this, im out of my realm of expertise here. The solution may be super simple and im just too much of a noob to know xD. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, the reason why the model can't be printed may be beyond the printer's print range and not being closed.
You can provide your model pictures and settings.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!
