I need help with an i3 pro W starting problem

Hello! I'm Melania, from Italy.
I've just bought and assembled a Prusa I3 pro W, but I'm an absolute newbie in the 3D printing world and I need your help (please)
The printer is assembled, LCD working, leds flashing, but it doesn't move. I connected it to the pc and it detected the printer, but it looks like the pc and the printer speaks two different languages.
I uploaded the proW firmware with Arduino on the printer, but nothing moves...
Maybe I need proW drivers for the pc, but if it's that, I can't find them anywhere ç___ç
What can I do??
