Your solution to set a "forbidden" area?

Hi all,

Do you have an idea how to avoid a defined area during printing.
I'd like to glue a part on my bed and print another part around or next to it without having the nozzle hitting the glued part:
how to set it?
in the firmware or in slic3r or another slicer?
