Rostock G2S - MINTEMP triggered.

I just finished the assembly and I am following the software instructions to "Define the initial Z axis height". I can't seem to lower the Z axis using the manual buttons. I get "Printer stopped due to errors." In the console above it lists Error:1 and Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered !. I have attached a screenshot so you can see. What do I need to do to be able to manually move the Z axis?

plz check your thermistor ,if there are not contact well ,you will get this alarm message.
