Problem to connect to Repetier

I now, this happen when i connect the power supply, so i connect the lcd and is glowing Just few seconds, and then turn off.

Then when i try to connect to repetier i can but i cant no send gcodes OR any instruction, I see the printer in manager device, but i can nether reload marlin in arduino ide because the program send me a error in connection.
