Extruder motor don't work

Hi, I bought a Geeetech I3 pro B and I mounted it but when I try to use I noticed that the motor of the extruder didn't work, after I have attach it at X motor connector and the motor started. I refreshed th firmware on the board but the problem persists. I have changed in pins.h the configuration of pins and I reversed the pin of X motor with the pin of Extruder motor and I tried to run the extruder motor moving X axis and it started but the opposite port has stopped working moving Extruder, so I could see that the port of Extruder motor works.

So the motor works, the cable is good, the port of Etruder motor works, but when I mount all together in the right way the Extruder motor don't start. WHY? There is a problem with firmware I suppose but I used the firmware that I have find on this site

Hi,you can swap the drivers on the motherboard to see if there is a problem with the driver.

Hi Friends,
I have the same problem with the extruder.
How to swap drivers on the motherboard to check the driver?
The printer worked correctly for month and then stop work suddenly

if the extruder can work normally after swapping, you need to replace the driver

Hi,the motor does not move and the firmware has nothing to do, it may be
1. The problem of the motor itself, you can change the interface to other motors to see if it can move normally.
2. For the problem of the motor wire, you can exchange the motor wire with other axes to see if it can move normally.
3. If there is a problem with the motherboard interface, you can swap the motherboard interface with other axes to see if it can move normally.
4. Drive problems, the same reason, you can exchange checks.
