Firmare does not finish upload

Hi i have a i3 pro w 3d printer with a Gt2560 bord , I had the problem of just black bars on my lcd and sucsessfully re-uploaded the firmaware , but it has happend again , and now every time I try to re-upload the firmare i get this error messages ( avardude :stk500v2_ReciveMessage():timeout) and after a while (
avrdude: stk500v2_ReciveMessage(): timeout
avrdude: stk500v2_ReciveMessage(): timeout communicating with programmer
avrdude: stk500v2_ReciveMessage(): timeout
avrdude: stk500v2_command(): failed miserably to execute command 0x11
avrdude: stk500v2_disable (): failed to leave programming mode )
at this point i dissconnected to bord .
I am useing Arduino1.0.1
Things i have tried but dont work ,
-re-instaling the usb driver
-Useing Arduino 1.0
-Useing Arduino 1.5.1
-Useing Arduino 1.8.1.1
-Useing a new usb cable
Useing i 3 pro b firmware
so HELP pls..

You need to close other slicing software when uploading firmware.
Avoid occupying ports,
You can restart the computer to see the situation.
