something about how to upgrade the hex firmware on the official website

1. Install the USB driver
First, turn on the power and connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable. Under normal circumstances, the computer will automatically search for and install the driver.
The latest motherboard GT2560 V4.0 communication chip is CH340

2.If the driver cannot be automatically installed on the computer when first connected, you need to recheck whether the driver has been successfully installed.

Right-click on your computer and select "My Computer"-> "Properties"-> "Device Manager".
If an exclamation point appears, you need to manually install the printer driver on your computer

3. Download the Firmware toolkit and burn the firmware

Open tool firmware toolkit
Firmware toolkit download address:https://www.geeetech.com/download.html?download_id=40

4.Click select again to open the firmware you want to upgrade

ps:you need choose the com match your printer.
5. Click Upgrade from local and wait for the upgrade to complete.
The upgrade is completed as shown in the figure
6.Restart your printer and re-calibration your printer then enjoy it!
