firmware for Dual Extruder i3 pro C

i got a Geeetech Dual Extruder Prusa i3 pro C
and i dont get the Extruder to work propper i need to hand feed the filament to get a calabration cube if i dont hand feed the filament i will get a cone insted of a cube.
an i got a gt2560 bord

1) Which firmware do i need ?
2) wher do i download ?
3) dont know what nossel i got it says 2-0 on it. is that 0.5 ore 0.2 in the settings
pls help

hi ,the firmware is already sent to your email,please check it.
The I3 pro C nozzle has following diameters: 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5mm,you can clean your nozzle and check it carefully on it.
