GEEETECH A20M SD Card print works fine, USB does not

Hi all,

I got my A20M last week, and I've spent every day since trying to get the thing to print correctly. I use Repetier connected via USB (same setup I used on my old Anet A8), but the filament won't stick correctly, it under extrudes, the extruder motor clicks against the filament, etc. I've tried cleaning the nozzle, replacing the filament, tightening the extruder, nothing has worked. I just tried printing from the SD card that came with the printer, and...

It worked perfectly.

There was some stringing, but I'll address that issue later. For now, I'm trying to figure out why I can't print over USB but SD print works fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you,
Oddity

:D Hi, before printing, remember to level the hotbed;
In the Mylar version, the distance between the nozzle and the hotbed is two
Level the distance of the paper,
If you are printing for a long time, it is best to use an SD card for printing.
It is possible that the loose USB cable will affect the printing effect.
