Hi, If you mean that the motor of the extruder is not working properly,
You can try to exchange with the motor wire and extruder motor wire that other shafts work normally.
Determine if this is happening due to broken motor wires;
Then you can try to exchange the drive plate of the other shaft with the drive plate of the extruder to determine if the voltage of the drive plate is too low to cause this.
