Hi, after 6 month of trying print something on M201, try contact gearbest and Geeetech about support, finnaly I found the issue on my cyclops extruder!
When I want to find what's wrong with this printer, I found a lot of Issues, and I fixed most of them...

-X carrige doesn't reach to limit switch (fixed with plastic)
-The firmware only accept A4988 drivers, not DRV8825 (There's nothing I can do because the code isn't Open source)
-The motor mechanical parts are plastic and lose strenght and steps (fixed with new metal parts)
-Z carriage doesn't reach to limit switch (fixed with a long screwdriver)
-The repetier firmware isn't correct (You need to change some values that other owners of this machine told me)
-New EasyPrint software can't connect with the M201 (I tried in admin mode)

and finnaly, the extruder: -The cyclops extruder coagulate every time (I fixed the PTFE tube but isn't enough), tried this viewtopic.php?f=19&t=17372&start=20 and I saw that my extruder have defective chamfers:

At this moment, Gearbest refuses to send me other Extruder and said to contact Geeetech... How can I fix this?

I contacted again Geeetech... Answer please...

I think you need ask Gearbest to contact seller for the replacement,cause Gearbest has your order info while Geeetech doesn't have it.

M201 Geeetech 3D printer got cyclops extruder issues in many machines. This is actually generating a false error in the low manner during print rushmyessay.co.uk review and if any of you are facing same issue then you can visit on the given blog to resolve the error.
