extruder not feeding filament at all

just got my gs2 pro printer put together and calibrated so tryed to test prin does eveything but feed filament so checked it also dont move on manual from the printer try to reload the firmwear 4 time but the same thing

did you heat up the hotends before testing the extruders? Here is a link for you to check it:
