G2s pro extruder reverse

Post by Sergio974 » Fri Apr 01, 2016 1:29 pm

Hi,

I have a G2s upgraded to pro.
Extruder 2 turns reverse. Filament goes out. What to do ?

By auto bed leveling (G29) repetier says: Probe position out of range. What to do ?

Fuse for hot bed is burned. Can i order some ?
Do i need to change hot bed ?
Is this under warranty ?

Thanks for answer.

Best regards

the motor direction is wrong, you can check this link to invert it:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 17&t=17037

"Probe position out of range."
how's your probe offset settings? maybe they are wrong. Actually you can just change the probe Z offset, and leave the X and Y offset as default.

// X and Y offsets must be integers
#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -19 // Probe on: -left +right
#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -11 // Probe on: -front +behind
#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1.3 // -below (always!)

"Fuse for hot bed is burned."
You can check out this link to see whether the heatbed resistance is too low or not:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 19&t=17039

And if your printer is still in warranty you can conact the sales to talk about this.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

Extruder now turns right way, but i had to upload firmware 3/4 times before it worked.

Probe works also, but i don't know why.

Hot bed is 2,4 ohms, is this rigth ?

But fuse is burned. How can i order some ?

Best regards.

2.4ohms? did you minus the resistance of the multimeter itself? 2.4 ohms is too high for the heatbed, and if it's correct, it can't blow the fuse..maybe a defective fuse?
I find the fuse here:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=fu ... 0&_sacat=0
But is a 10A one, you might need to ask the sales for help.

Hello,

Received fuse and changed it,
heats to 40°C and then fuse burns.
Need to change hotbed ?

What is the max print diameter ?

Best regards
