How to improve the surface condition of the print?

Everything is in the title,
The first print was good, but since it's not terrible, printing are twisted. etc ..
How to improve all this? thank you

hi,please do the following steps.
1.Tight coupling shown in the picture.
2.the hot bed is out of level,please do the auto leveling .
