hello the heater and the thermistor move inside the hole out and in, can be fixed someway?

there's a setscrew for the heating cartridge, did you see that? and you can use a cable tie to tie them up.

Hello there is a small hex screw next to the hole in the back but I tryed to turn clockwise the screw go inside the hole a lot but don't fix. Should I turn a lot more?

I remember the setscrew is side of the heating block not in the back, maybe you need to remove the sponge thing to check it, and you can screw it a little tight.
