hi,
the extruder holder is bending some heating of bed and nozzle. what could be the reason ? is the plastic melting ? i now have tied it with the cable tier. bt looks litle crooked to one side. what is the fix ? if nozzle is not level straight then the print quality will be a problem i guess.
regards
sabeel

How bent is it? Can you print model now? The holder can't be melted by hotend.

A customer shares his method to reshape it. You can refer.
"
I share my test .
My basket is bent from high temperature many hours.
I remove them from extruder and use "hair-dryers" and flow Hot air in that bent basket around 2-3 minute
and I pull it back to original shape . It can easily to reshape.
^^
and now I put brass plate to fix them top and bottom for reduce bending problem
"
Hope it will work.

Mine is doing the same thing. I've printed 2 items on it
Is there any way to get the STL files for the mount? I would like to print a few for testing.
thanks,
Cheese

Mine is starting to sag too, I noticed some splitting when installing, but it's getting worse, see image:
I'm printing a new one now, but the one pictured below one looks to have more support. I would really appreciate it if you could send me the better one, or provide the .stl file.

Hi, the extruder you have is the improved one, but I think it was printed in PLA, ABS is better.
