issues with all-metal J-head

Post by Maik93 » Fri Jan 23, 2015 7:27 pm

Hi, I've bought your J-head from here: http://www.ebay.it/itm/Geeetech-New-Ass ... 1161472835?
Sadly, I've encountered many issues: the fan cable was bad welded and it doesn't work properly (it keeps switching off casually); the isulator of the termistor doesn't cover the wire and it causes short-circuit touching the heat-block; I found that one little screw on the side was already tighten in too heavily, as a result of this the hole of the screw has become too round and polished (without edges) not allowing a proper performance of the hex key to unscrew it again, making impossible to change the nozzle (I've bought other two form you)..... All this makes this hot-end unusable, sincerely I don't now what can I do...

I don't think that a technical support can do anything, the product is defective since the delivery, though I'm writing to be sure.
