Hi lloyd059
I'm sorry to appear this kind of phenomenon, I checked photos carefully your provide.
I think the hotend leak a lot Maybe due to no tightening between 1 and 2, Refer to the attached figure.
so I suggest you clean up the leak, tightening between 1 and 2, Then, I think it will work perfectly.
you can try it again, thank you, Best regards!

Hello,

I cleaned the leak, there was really nothing I was careful not to damage the hotend.

But the problem remains the same after 1-2 impressions.

Do you have another solution?

Best regards.

no response from you.

What do we do for this problem? Should I put a bad review on ebay for a solution? I am really disappointed with your hardware.

Dear lloyd059
sorry for later reply, Because I rest for three days,The method, I give you can solve most of the leaking problem.
also I have communicate with our engineers about your product material leakage problem, Your question is relatively special
Perhaps is a larger gap between the screw thread, resulting in leakage of material, I am sorry about this.
But it still has a solution, High temperature sealing roller skating oil applied in thread, also can effectively prevent leakage of material.
Thank you for your patience, There are better ways and Suggestions can feel free to contact us, Waiting for your reply.
Best regards!

this solution does not work! The hotend still leaking! Your hotend is broken! This is unacceptable for new equipment ...
