Help Identifying Board please

I have this board, on the back is printed "KEYS"
Any assistance in identifying this board would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to reload the firmware sine i have changed the thermistor and it no longer functions correctly.
I have tried the Repetier Firmware with no luck.
I am also trying Marlin firmware as this WAS working until i broke the thermistor.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
