RED LIGHT turned on and now ectruder heatingo on gt 2560 board.

When I try to heat the extruder, y set the temperature of tbe extruder and after that, a red light on the gt2560 turns on but no extruder heating occurs.
Bed heating goes perfect.
Any clue, please? Thnak yo

Hello, it may be that the thermistor on the extruder is faulty. Please contact geeetech via ticket to replace it.
