ONLY BLANK SCREEN on Arduino Compatible 3.2'' TFT LCD

Hi,
i have purchased the "Arduino Compatible 3.2'' TFT LCD module with SD card".
Now i'm trying to use it but it doesn't works....
I have connected the shield as described in your guide and uploaded the first demo on the arduino board.
The upload goes well but i get only a white screen and no image/text.
So, i have tried with the third demo ( because the second has some code problem ) but nothing is changed... Only white screen

Now, please let me know what is going wrong...
I think that is doa.

P.s. i have used 3 different arduinos and i get the same problem

Hi there;
Sorry for late, this type of 3.2'' TFT lCD is only compatible with Arduino Mega2560, Please use mega2560 to see if it works well

ok, I tried right now with the Mega2560 but nothing has changed.

Could you please send me the right diagram for the connections and code to test?

I'm afriad to tell you that I've tested the 3.5" TFT LCD with connection diagram and code, with which there is something indeed.For replacing it, An updated TFT LCD with shield is almost ready to launch,we will send you for free.

for onesty i have to say that i have tested the display as suggested by "techsupport" , and seems working fine ( just some white lines during the image changes... )
