SLC problem on Iduino MEGA R3

Hello,

I bought Iduino MEGA R3 and found that the SDA/SCL is not working.
I connected it to oscilloscope and noticed there was no signal on SCL, socket port 21.
I checked the physical connectivity (with multimeter) and found that there is no connectivity between the ATmega2560 pin 43 to socket port 21.
I complained to seller and he sent me a new one , but it has the same problem.
It seems it is defective manufacture.
with such problem the board is useless for my purpose.

Did someone faced similar problem ?

It is the design issue of the board. The board lacks a line on it.
How about we sending you an older version board to you ?

It's not clear why you're selling known defective cards

I wasted several weeks of the project in investigating the problem , communicating with the supplier and waiting for a replacement card, that is also defective.

About your offer, I'd like to get a good card.

Why do you suggest an old version, and not a new version?

We are sorry for selling you a defective cards, we found this problem but is was too late and we had sent it to you.
Today We just finish our holiday of Chinese New Year, In fact, some of our cooperator are still on their holiday, so we can't produce a newer version immediatly.
The old version has a same electronic connection with recent version, they only have some differences on silkscreen.
