I haven’t built one for the Prusa i3, but I did build a case for the A10M out of ABS, which as you know is great for wear resistance and high temperature resistance through lengthy projects. It’s not too difficult to do, obviously measure your machine, build all the parts with your printer and then assemble. I added a small ventilation system in the top of mine just to keep the temperature homogenous. I can explain more details if you’d like to ask! I think the 3D printer is the biggest invention of the century. It's a really great tool.
