GT2560 Rev A+ no voltage

Hi. Today i am tring to upload firmware on the board but when i plug the usb cable i notice that no led cames up...so i tried to check with a multimeter if there is voltage on board and no 5v as photo. What i have to do?

You need give the power to the board first if you are using RevA+...
