hi.
i have been having problems with my Rostock 301 since i got it and have been trying to get it to extrude properly for 2 months,
looking all over the net and looking for what is wrong and even having 3 people over to have a look.
so far my best choice for fixing is to calibrate the PID,
now there is the M303 command,
it turns out that M303 dose not seem to be supported.
So How do i calibrate it now?
for reference you can watch this video

Also to get the some stuff out the way.
1. stepper motor driver Vref 0.9V
2. upgraded extruder
3. Pla 220^C with 15min warm up, it dose flow Pla at 260-280^C
4, definitely not clogged, i have done the Decolgging more times then Albert Einstein can count.
5, brownden tubes are fine as the filament has almost no friction in the tubes
6, i am using the latest Firmware V1,0,02

Re: Rostock 301 Extruder
First make sure you can extrude the filament smoothly(though hard) with you hand.
If you can't make it successfully, the nozzle size may have a problem i guess.
Then you can set the nozzle diameter in Slicer Settings to 0.2 or 0.3mm to see if there is a difference.
