Purasa Dual Extruder not heating

A little assist requested.
I have i3 pro C dual extruder.
Under Manual Control I am able to heat the extruders and heat bed, filament flows.
However when I attempt to use the sample print provided the heat bed warms up however the extruders do not heat up at all. The print begins once the heatbed arrives at temp however since the extruders are not heated no print really takes place, everything is moving though.
A suggestion on what to look for would be appreciated.

(yes I went through the forum postings first and did not find anything that appears to answer my question since I think its not a hardware problem)

how's the settings in your slic3r?
