Z axis problem

Z axis problem

My z axis motors will turn with out rods in them but with both rods on will not turn could it possibly be entered slightly or is there another problom help please

Did you assembled the Z axis straight and the same height? and the rods, do they bending or not?

Rods are straight used level and measuring caliper nothing bends evrything is plugged in properly I don't understand what's wrong

so how's the voltage of your motor driver? could it a little low?
and maybe you can post some pictures here to check it.
